Very easy to use, especially for hard to reach areas. Holds a charge for a very long time. Easy to move between speeds.

The product itself had an issue with regard to the charging lights. The first unit showed up and worked great until the battery needed to be charged. The lights did not function as specified so it was impoossible to tell when the unit was charged. We contacted support and they suggested that the unit was defective and had us ship it back. The replacement unit came and we had issues with it. The issue was a bit different but still related to the charging function. We contacted support again. This is when we knew that we were not likely to get a resolution at all. It was impossible to get in touch with a human except on their chat. The agent on the chat was nice and helpful but unable to provide any information as to why we received two units that didnt work right. The agent wanted a video of the problem in order to create another Return Authorization. We provided the video as well as a text file of the chat conversation with all the details of what the issues was and a request to receive a new unit prior to sending back the bad unit. The reasoning was that we didnt want just a recycled unit from their returns department. Rather than receiving a new unit, we recieved a return authorization. I called again. Could not get through. Got on the chat and explained that their process was not working and I was not willing to get a third unit that might also not work and that I wanted a BRAND new unit sent out. The agent stated that this was not possible. I asked to get escalated to a supervisor. The agent said that he was unable to connect me with a supervisor but that he would provide my number to them. I told him to let them know that if I did not hear back from them by a certain day that we would be returning the unit to Amazon. We still have not heard from anyone. It has been 10 days since that chat and 13 days since the RA was reated. We returned the unit to Amazon for a refund. Of course, that was handled fabulously. We bought this unit because the atheltic trainers at DI schools use them and they have really good products. My take away is that they should not be in the consumer electronics business if they cannot respond better/differently to their customers.

Had no idea how well this product worked. Would’ve bought it years ago. Perfect for neck, arm, foot tightness. The size and weight are perfect for me. Not heavy and always to hold. Truly a perfectly designed magic tool to relieve body aches!

Hits different compared to other methods. Was skeptical about this given the price until I tried a friends, and was pleasantly surprised how much it helps. Very nice form factor compared to the full size version, and i only feel like the extra power would be nice when im doing my hamstrings, everywhere else this is easily sufficient.

Product was open and was missing the travel bag. Product appears to be brand new and am not look for a refund just a travel bag for the product.

Its very beautiful, it took long to ship over 1 week with prime, but it was worth it. GOOD STUFF its powerful too, more power would just be painful

This works extremely well. Rarely use it on other than first speed as it is powerful. Other family members have bought one since trying ours. Smaller size makes reaching areas of the back difficult if you are solo, but it appears that aftermarket clamps/brackets may be available if needed.

I am a fitness instructor, and I travel for work. The amount of times this has saved. My life is immeasurable. If you were on the fence I highly recommend you purchase this one. also, I have seen no difference between the mini and the regular as far as muscle relief so if you want to save some money, just get the mini

This was a great purchase! Easy to transport and pack for travel. I wish I bought it sooner than I did.

I bought this originally for my parents who have alot of pain. They are older and the lowest setting was too much for them. I tried it myself and I loved it, it was perfect. Will definitely recommend if you are active and just need that massage. Great battery life.
