I recently purchased the mini. I thought long and hard about spending $200 on a advice where my principle concern was whether or not it would be able to provide sufficient power. I work out every day. I am both a cyclist and I lift a lot of weights. I beat my body up on a daily basis. It was important that I could find a device that would have sufficient power to do some heavy duty deep tissue massages. I was looking for a review that was specifically geared to someone who works out with the frequency and volume that I do. If you are that person then this review is for you. I am pleased to tell you, this device is incredible. It is more than powerful enough to break up the most stubborn knots. I am extremely pleased with the power and the performance of the device. If you are like me, if you train often and you beat your body up, and you are reading through reviews wondering if it’s going to be powerful enough then the answer is simple, yes it is. Do not hesitate to purchase it.

This works so well. Easy to hold. Really breaks up knots and lactic acid from working out. Speeds up muscle recovery time.

I gave this as a gift, and they were really surprised and happy with this. They did not ask for one, but it does great work. I tried it out and it’s great on my thighs. 4/5 because the price is so high.

Wish it had a detachable handle to reach your back area.

I was surprised at how nice the Theragun mini is built and how well it works. The different speed levels provide a variety of different levels that can I really like. It’s also compact but doesn’t lose any power in what it does. I can carry it with me wherever I go after a long day of exercising and have it ready to go. With that said, I think the MINI might be the better option for those that were interested in the other models because it is much smaller and you throw it in your bag whenever you go out and it won’t be as much of a hassle.

Love love love my Theragun mini. It really gets in there and relieves deep muscle pain.
