This film is a glorification of George and Elizabeth Custer. Of course, some elements of accuracy are tossed into this Raoul Walshs adventurous waltz.

I love the movie, acting, story, and direction just great. Love Errol Flynn, perfect for the part and having read about all the corruption in Grants administration much closer to the truth than history tells of Custer.

Dvd kept freezing halfway through film and couple of other times tried dvd on 3 different dvd players and still kept freezing

This film is one of my favorites pairing Errol Flynn and Olivia De Havilland. Too bad this movie isnt in color.
