> 3 dayWiFi can barely go room to room in my condo due to metal studs. I have this in a back closet with the cable modem, in my office in the middle, and living area in front. WiFi performance seems to be 300-400Mbps max which is probably normal for wifi. Ethernet at one of the hubs other than the main is like 700-800Mbps which is great! Easy to set up seems to be working great.

> 3 dayIn my first attempt to setup the Deco, I had one unit plugged into the router and the other two creating the mesh purely on WiFi. While this resulted in a successful network, my devices were not reliable on it. My laptop kept dropping, or had large latency and low bandwidth. I work from home, and my meeting and video quality was not great. Switching across Decos wasnt as seamless as Id liked. In my second attempt, I used the ethernet backhaul for the devices (fortunately my house is wired for ethernet). This immediately improved the Deco network, now my devices were reliable. I then switched to access point mode so I could use my existing router, and its been working very well thus far. So - I can only recommend this if you can use the ethernet backhaul. WiFi alone does not create a stable or seamless network.

> 3 dayThis was easy to set up, even for someone not tech savvy. It walked me through the process. This expanded my wifi signal throughout my house -no more dead spots or slow downloads. I am very satisfied with it.

> 3 dayThe PX50 is easy to setup and uses power line to supplement the connection. I had tried a few other mesh devices that failed but not this one. It seamlessly hands off devices from one floor level to another. I highly recommend it for folks with many walls and multi level houses. It just works!

> 3 dayI had been renting the internet companys router for maybe 5 years now. I had been having difficulty getting a signal in some parts of the house. I bought a wifi extender but that signal also was inconsistent. So far this has been working well. Set up was a bit of a hassle. When I ran set up the first time, I did something wrong half way through. Once I fixed it and went back to the app, the app completed set up on its own. It didnt pick up where you left off. You have to figure out how to run the setup all over again. But other than that It works well. I just wish you could map the mesh system yourself.

> 3 dayI was concerned installing this product because of my At&t combo modem & router but I plugged it in and It set itself up with in minutes! It has just been a few days but so far it is working very well. I am cautiously optimistic that this will be a major upgrade to our wireless system! I just wish it came with a better getting started guide for insecure non tech people like me.

> 3 dayTotally fixed the poor wifi signal I was getting from my previous router, an ax11000 TP-Link Archer gaming router, just a floor away. Tossed out a bunch of my power line networking adapters too since these take care of that automatically. Having three Ethernet ports on each node is super handy too. Even if you connect, like a gaming console to one port, a Chromecast or TV to another, then you still have a port for a computer. The one huge drawback is you cant have separately named 2G and 5G WiFi networks. The setup app UI doesnt offer that. A lot of my gear like vacuums refuse to pair unless they are on 2G and their companion app is on a device on the same 2G. One on 2G and one on 5G with the same network name doesnt work. So you gain great connectivity everywhere in the house with this, but you lose compatibility with a lot of 2G devices.

> 3 dayThe instructions for setup are not the best; a lot is left unsaid. I needed to set these up downstream of my existing router, and at first that was a nightmare, but after research I thought I had discovered the problem, and a chat with tech support confirmed that. If installed and connected to an existing router, the first unit must be set to AP mode instead of the default, which is Router mode. Once that was done, the rest was relatively straightforward. My LAN is a complex web of switches and clients, but the DECO system works fine with that. I have six units covering two houses using wired backhaul (each is simply plugged into my LAN that was already available at each location and then plugged into power). In theory the 2nd and third unit will automatically set themselves up, but you have to wait about 5 minutes to see if that works. Sometimes connecting to a units own network using the app can be problematical at first, but it eventually works (perhaps the 5 minutes comes into play here). After setting 6 units up I have seamless mesh over two houses connected to my LAN and my up and download speeds over wifi are the best I have EVER seen! Over 400mbps down and 300 mbps up. Network optimization works well and is partly automatic, but can be done from the app whenever desired, and it helps speed things up and elminate problems. I found that the signal strength at my Ring cameras improved greatly with the DECOs compared to my previous WAPs, too, which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. From being ready to send them back in frustration the first day before I solved the problem, I have moved to become a very entusiastic supporter! Tech support was great (though a bit of a pain to get to a human on chat).
