Greater than one weekIt’s a great umbrella but the size is way too big for travel, & a little heavy too, wouldn’t fit in a medium size backpack unless the end was sticking out! Will be buying the compact one.

Greater than one weekGreat umbrella for sun and rain. I had a melanoma and I am extremely protective of my skin. I took a recent trip to Hawaii and brought this umbrella. I kept me protected and cool. I used it everywhere--even in the pool. I even dropped it in the pool and while it sunk to the bottom, it survived without a problem. It also worked in the rain and wind. It is not as compact as some travel umbrellas, but fit in my suitcase.

> 3 dayI purchased this umbrella for protection c/o facial hyper-pigmentation with sun exposure. I feel less stress, and I am cooler .... a bonus that I was not anticipating. The only negative is the the stem is short ... I am 52

> 3 dayI really like the quality of the product but I think it’s too heavy and the size is too big . So I cannot use it for traveling .

> 3 dayBulky, heavy, short tube. All the things not desireable in a compact travel umbrella.

> 3 dayFor a $50 umbrella, I expected it to last longer. It went bad after a couple of years.

> 3 dayBought 2. Used them at Disney World. NO SUNBURN. And I felt a little cooler when I used the umbrella. Now I keep one in the car for every-day use, as needed for sun and/or rain. I do wish the push-button would close the umbrella, but I can handle closing it the old-fashioned way.
