I like this for sun protection. It is heavier than I expected.

I use this umbrella for flag football games, soccer games, in the sun and light rain too. If you are out in the sun, for whatever reason, this umbrella is a must have. People see it and order their own right there!

I love this Umbrella and highly recommend to anyone seeking protection from sun. I have an 8 month old baby and it has been an invaluable go-to when travelling overseas. It allows me to go anywhere worry free as I always have shade for my little guy. While visiting Greece this has been key for me not missing out on archaeological sites with him in tow.

Does have full UV protection. As a result it is a bit heavier than a normal umbrella but in the downpours in Singapore, it performed beautifully.

Works well for a fold up umbrella, not as big as the 62 inch, but, much easier to carry. Very well built and opens and closes well. Took it on a 15 day cruise, has enough shade for one, but, crowded for 2 people. But, like I said is very easy to carry. Keeps the sun and heat off.

I bought this umbrella in May 2016 so I could take walks at work all through the year. It did its job although sunscreen was still absolutely necessary because of reflection off pavement, etc. In March 2020, because of the pandemic, I started working at home full-time but left the umbrella at work. A few days ago I went to my office to pick up a few things, including the umbrella. When I picked it up from top of the cabinet where it was sitting, it stuck to the surface. The silver coating had deteriorated and the whole umbrella canopy was sticky and leaving a residue everywhere I placed it. I finally put it in a bag and will have to discard it unfortunately. It is sturdy and offered plenty of shade but doesnt last forever. The UV Blocker folks might have fixed this problem by now, dont know.

I bought this for my mother who has to stay out of the sun between 10am-2pm. We took her to the zoo and spent most of the day there. The umbrella was perfect shade for her and kept her cool. It was especially great for her in the wheelchair and also in the car where she used it to block the sun.

I used the sunbrella at the park with my grandson. It was hot with a breeze. The sun was completely blocked and I had shade! I bought one for my niece with lupus to help prevent a flare from the rays of the sun.

Great umbrella. Keeps me cool in the hot California sun.. A must have for summer.
