> 3 dayLove it. Plug and play, and small enough to hide behind my monitor. Love these new auto sensing switches, no need for a crossover cable. I also like the fact that the LEDs show base connections; orange for my Roku 10/100, and green for my 10/100/1000 LAN.

> 3 dayMeets my needs. I needed addioional cat 5 jacks and this filled the bill. Cant rate it any better than to say it works good and I dont know how it could be made better.

> 3 dayThis little switch just sits quietly and does its job. The metal case doesnt get hot and performance between the attached devices is great.

02-06-2025This review is for the 5-port gigabit switch. It arrived exactly as described. Set up was plug and play. So far, works as I had hoped. Im using it to split the network connection from a Powerline Adapter to a WII, Roku and DishNetwork receiver, so all have access to the internet. I was a little concerned that I may have needed a router instead of a switch, but so far, no issues. The gigabit switch is a bit of overkill for this setup, as my throughput is only about 5.5Mbps from my DSL provider, but that 5.5Mbps remains consistent through the Powerline Adapter and through this switch. But I feel Im prepared if I upgrade to cable internet in the future.

> 3 dayI actually have a number of these in my home, and they all run perfectly. I really do like that they are power-efficient & will power down ports when not in use. The savings likely wont be dramatic, but when youre running a lot of ports, every bit helps. The cost really cant be beat either, so I cant think of too many reasons why you wouldnt go for a unit like this. Unless youre doing something that needs a managed unit, this will fulfill your needs nicely. Also, it runs cool...which is a factor compared to some other brands that I used to use!
