> 3 dayI thought I was getting a super deal on this kit. Ive seen it in stores and its twice the price. I was wrong. I was tricked. The bottles are tiny! The kits from the craft store come with bigger bottles than this kit. The part that really makes me mad though, is theres no hint that these bottles are small. The bottles dont have a description on them, the box doesnt say how big the bottles are, and the listing doesnt include it either. It was easy to use and the colors were beautiful, but I wouldnt buy it again just because of the size of the bottles.

> 3 dayI absolutely loved this tie dye kit! It is so fun and easy to use. I made a couple shirts with my niece who was only 4 years old. It basically comes with everything that you need and can make a lot. We only used 3 bottles and we were able to make 6 shirts! it has great instructions as well.

> 3 dayWe had paid full price for one of these kits and they turned out so well we decided to do more tie-dye. In ordering a second one, I found an Open Box/Like New option. This one turned out to be an older version (the bottles looked different and the colors didnt turn out as vibrant as the first kit), plus 3 of the bottles had 1/4 the amount of powdered dye that the others had. I assume someone bought it, used what they needed, and returned it. They werent colors we absolutely needed so I chalked it up to having gotten it at a discount, but beware of the open box items. That said, the Tulip dye kits are easy to use and the shirts we did with the original kit turned out great!

> 3 dayEasy, everything you need. I did diabetic socks and 3 white tank tops I got from Torrid. Ive done sheets before but lesson learned, make sure anything you dye is DAMP to begin with. If you dye dry fabric the dye will just bounce off rather than absorbing. I dyed and left them tied up for several hours before hanging them outside to drip. Then the next day rinsed them clear in a bucket then rinsed again in another bucket filled with water and a little Downey. I am happy with the results. Instructions for different pattern expectations are so simple. Youve got to try it! Great summer project for the kids and adults alike.

> 3 dayI really wanted to love this set. And to be clear, my 9 year old daughter DID love it. My main complaint is that the dye bottles leak. They leak at the screw topped closure for the bottle and 3 were actually cracked at the neck and as such, leaked even more than the others. Because they were leaking, we tried not to shake them too much when mixing the dye powder and water because it was making a huge mess. I think there were large chunks of unmixed dye in some of the colors and you can see that in the end result. However. My kid had a blast and it doesnt notice at all. So still a win
