28-03-2025This worked great we got 4 kids shirts and two adult shirt made and I think we have 4 random bottles of dye left! We probably would have had more left over but we wanted to make sure the shirts were covered in color so we probably over saturated them.

> 3 dayWe did everything that was suggested, we pre-washed and dried our shirts, we used 100% cotton. We did a vinegar water soak and wrung the shirts out thoroughly, we then tied and dyed our shirts which was great. We let them sit for 24 hours wrapped in plastic to keep them moist, then did the initial rinse.... Shirts all look wonderful, very vibrant, we are very happy! Then we washed as instructed, cold water, gentle cycle, a couple tablespoons of woolite gentle detergent. All of the shirts faded horribly and are now pastel colored and my son wont wear them. It seems like most of the pigment of the warmer colors washed out, as did most of the blue tones from the things like purple and black. We were left with a lot of Pinks and grays at the end where originally dark blues, purples, pinks, orange, and red had been. I dont know what else we could have done differently. It was such a disappointment between the rents and the wash at the result of the shirts. And its not like we can re-dive them or anything at this point so were out of the cost of the kit and the cost of all the shirts. Oh well, at least the process was fun.

> 3 dayThis was my first take at doing tie dye and I was very nervous but this product made it SO simple. All conveniently packaged together in a bin complete with several sets of gloves, plastic drop cloth and tons of rubber bands. All you have to do is add water to the little containers and shake to mix it up and thats it. I am not a tie dye expert and wanted something fun to do for my daughters 9th bday party and this was a huge hit. The only issue we had was taking the tips off the lids, some of them I had to cut with scissors. Overall, an excellent product for beginners. I highly recommend.

> 3 daymy father recently passed so to lift our spirits my mother, sister, and I had a “tie dye party” and bought two of these kits and it was great! the colors are INCREDIBLE!! There is such a wife variety and they are so fun and vibrant! Even after washing they look great! The product is super easy to use just rubberband your tie dye item of choice then fill the color dispenser with some water and shake and tie dye!! Super fun activity for all ages! I’ll have to buy some more!

> 3 dayI loved this kit and for it being half off, you couldn’t beat it. I do wish that there were two blacks and 2 navy blues, as there were doubles in every other color but those. I kind of got myself in a pickle when tie-dying blue and black because there were not doubles, the bottles are very small so if you’re working on a larger project you would definitely need refills

> 3 dayThis is perfect for a small group of people. It honestly depends on how many shirts you are doing. I use it for myself and 2 kids and its wonderful. We each tie dye about 4/5 shirts and this set is just enough for us as long as we all pick different colors.

> 3 dayI got this to try for a fun summertime activity to do outside. It has been years since I’ve tie dyed anything, so I would definitely consider myself a beginner. This kit made everything so easy! My five year old and I dyed probably 8 kids shirts, 6 adult shirts, and 5 pairs of kids socks to use every drop of dye. The dye stained our skin as expected, but not for too long. I followed the setting instructions exactly, and after a few washes, everything still looks vibrant and bright! And the kids love the wearable artwork! I plan to make this an annual project.

> 3 dayWe bought some tie-dye kits as birthday gifts for grandkids (out of town)...& it looked like it was going to be so much fun, that we bought one for ourselves! Boy was it ever fun! This kit may seem like it has a ton of dye (18 bottles), but we actually used ALL OF IT...lol. Made 5 adult (mens) XXL & 5 XL t-shirts plus 6 bandanas. ( if you were using this for kids, would surely make 3x as much:) Kit is great ~ besides dye, there are gloves, rubber bands, a table covering (will definitely need this!) and an easy to understand instruction guide. The bottom half of the very nice plastic case serves as a catcher for the dye; as recommended, we put wire racks (like cooling racks for baking) over the top of this box (& also a disposable aluminum pan)...then when you apply the dye to the fabric, excess (mostly:) drips in the box/pan below ~ much less messy than putting things directly on table. When done, the box/case was so nice, we saved it...& are using it for something else. Absolutely would buy this again, great product for a very reasonable price!

> 3 dayWe used this at the end of our year with over 130 students. They came in 5 different groups of over 20 kids each aged 3-11. It was easy to organize and create a system of use so the adults were able to help each child as much as they needed. Our teacher has used other tie-dye supplies for the companies and she liked this one best. The colors after washing looked really good and bright. I cannot say how long they last though.
