The safe itself was in great shape and looked brand new. All of the hardware, keys, manual etc. were packaged correctly. One thing that was weired was the hard styrofoam casing had a big chunk ripped away from it. Like my dog had spent 5 minutes with it. But its a nice product.

Works every time. Havent had an issue with it yet, despite people saying it doesnt open. Chances are it was a user error. Ive entered the code dozens of times and it has been opening without a problem (I bought 2). Sturdy and simple design. The cool thing is that as soon as it detects slight movement when you go to open it the numbers light up!

If not used for a bit it forgets the code and just beeps at you 3 times and won’t let you enter a any code code. I have to go in with the key and reset everything and then it will work again for awhile. Battery charged so it’s not that. Would not recommend.

Never have done a Amazon review, felt this safe was worth it. For $140 I don’t think this can be beat. I Needed a no frills quick access pistol safe to secure my HD handgun. Wasn’t interested in finger print readers or blue tooth and apps. Just a simple punch in the combo and be ready to go. Something to keep my infant out of. The Illuminated sensor keypad (lights up when your fingers hover over the keypad) is perfect, the ability to silence the buttons (stealth mode) is a great feature so there’s no beeps when punching in your code. This thing opens with authority! Punch in your code and the door is flung open completely and stays open. It has an internal small light, just bright enough to see what your doing when manipulating your gun out of the safe, but dim enough to not make you lose your adjusted “night vision”. All in all A+ safe. Holds my Hk VP9 and spare mag no problem. ( 2 spare keys is a nice touch as well)

In short. This product is far superior to any pistol safe I have looked at anywhere. I love the ability to make things my way with the modular design. I bought the MXE and while plenty of room, it would have been nice to receive more than just one block to hold two pistols. I did read, and knew to order more foam inserts. Hint, you can buy one extra foam double pistol holder, and still easily fit two more guns comfortably without buying a third. In total I would have no issue finding room to store 8 pistols. The included instructions are easy enough for a child to understand, and are simple and to the point. The battery life is very good, and has a nice feature to check its status. You just hold in the digits 6 & 8 simultaneously for the level of battery to be displayed. Charging is simplistic, but safe came 100% charged. Securing the safe was easy. Place it where you want, and remove the bottom left and right inserts. Mark the holes with a sharpie. I drilled pilot holes after moving the safe, and once in place, had to screw in by hand. I also did use the rear mounting holes with my own screws to further secure it. Programming is so easy, so no worries there. Conclusion: You cant go wrong with this safe. Tip. Register your safe by following the instructions for warranty and they even replace keys if you happen to lose one. 5 Stars from me!

Light up keypad and built in light. Comes with rechargeable lithium ion battery, 4ft security cable, micro USB cable, 2 backup manual keys, mounting hardware, and manual. Works great only have had a week of use but no issues yet. Might want to consider adding foam, theres a tiny layer on top and bottom but nothing really holding your forearm/ valuables in place.

small and strong. fits just about anywhere. easy to set up. good instructions. having 2 backup keys is great peace of mind too. fits small ruger lcr fine. 2 guns might barely fit. good buy.

First vault I have ever owned for the first gun I have ever owned. So far no complaints. Solid construction. Electronic entry works good. Key entry works good. Perfect size and not too heavy. Fits my gun and 2 clips easily. Very secure.

Absolutely love this product. Easy to program. Quick access if needed! Highly recommend. Definitely going to buy another one!

I did a lot of research and am confident I made the right choice. Sturdy, aesthetically pleasing and simple to understand manual.
