> 3 dayI really like the design, sturdiness and security of the vault. However the key 2 and 5 a little bit sticky and often cause me to input the code incorrectly. I could imagine in case of emergency I would not be able to open the vault in timely manner. Wondering if there is a way to loosen those keys? Other than that I am pretty happy.

> 3 dayAbout two weeks after purchasing this safe the buttons stopped working and the key wouldnt work so my Glock 19 was locked inside (so much for home security). I called support and they told me I had to stick a long thin object like a paper clip or bobby pin into the key hole to realign the shaft (or whatever!?!?!). After about 20 minutes of fiddling around with it, I was able to get the key all the way into the shaft to open the safe. I immediately threw it in the garbage where it belongs. What good is a gun safe if it wont open when you need it? I guess I have to keep shopping and spend a little more money on a better quality product. Valtek said they would send me another safe, maybe Ill use it for my old baseball cards.

Greater than one weekWe programmed this for our handgun. We tried a few different combinations until we found one that I could do easily by touch. The thing is terrific. It is heavy, easy to use, and pops open with a light when you enter the code. I cant recommend it highly enough.
