You cant go wrong with Victorinox brand. These knives are perfect for everyday chopping veggies. They are not intimidating and scary to use as many paring knives are Lol.

Ive used this type of Victorinox for about 20 years. It is my favorite breakfast knife, an excellent steak knife and a good veggie slicer. They clean up easily and look good for years.

It is an excellent Swiss knife. A year ago by chance I saw it in Publix and bought one. It has an extraordinary Ridge that runs not out, and became the favorite of the kitchen. At see this product on Amazon I have not hesitated to buy it again; now each one has its own knife in house, and we not fight the only one who we had.

Sharp, colorful, well made. We use these all the time. They sort of look like a plastic play knife....but for sure they are not. Incredible cutting surface. Its what I grab from our large selection of kitchen knives to cut meat, chicken, sandwiches, toast, you name it. We just bought a 2nd set for a vacation home. Excellent quality knives!!

These knives cut through all meat easily. The colors add a bit more to the table. The metal is flexible and strong, but not real thick. I would recommend these knives to my friends.

These are super sharp knives, and will easily slice tomatoes or pretty much most soft vegetables. They are also really light. Need to take care with them because they are so sharp, very easy to cut your fingers if you are not.

These knives are fantastic. I was worried when they came because they are so thin. I didnt need to worry. They are sturdy and very sharp. We use them every day. The colors go great with my Fiestaware.
