ViewSonic 3800 Lumens SVGA High Brightness Projector for Home and Office with HDMI Vertical Keystone (PA503S)

I use this product in daylight and at night to blow up reference for my large scale paintings and for movies. Resolution is perfect for all images so far, but small text suffers a bit as you can see on the right photo (800x600 60Hz). I run the projector for almost 6 hrs a day while working with 30 min breaks give or take. 3 weeks in and no issues. A powered adapter for a USB C port to HDMI (worth the $20 on Amazon for your highest speed port) is what I use and doesnt allow for any lag with cinematic experiences. These are both taken during daylight from southern exposure probably the most light you could get in a room inside, over grooves in the wall and items in the way, wanted to show the worst case scenario and that it doesnt diminish my experience. 3600 Lumens does not disappoint. The projector itself is a little larger than expected, BUT this really controls the heat. I used to use a thin Epson projector and always worried about it being around anything flammable since it would heat up any metal that was within a foot of it. I cant hear the fan on this projector and audio is best through my computer speakers (Ive heard lots of complaints about audio, but the audio is subpar on most projectors in my opinion, whether you pay 700 or 200; to use computer speakers instead, find your sound output dropdown in settings). Manipulation of zoom and picture aspect lacks a little, but if you physically move and try out new positions for the projector it shouldnt be a problem and it also has manual focus which comes in handy since it doesnt have auto focus or auto keystone (only horizontal keystone settings for when you adjust projection at a vertical angle). Overall very satisfied. Will update review if run into any issues.

Projector has an aux audio output issue. I have to unplug and plug the 1/4 cable from the projector that leads to my stereo every time I turn it on (its mounted on the ceiling). Support offered a refund, but I dont want to wait for a new projector once they recieve my current one, which would take 2 weeks, so I bought an HDMI audio extractor.

Good for watching the movie. Sound quality not good. For Power Point presentations, it is a bit less sharper than to my liking. I am adding a couple of lines after using it for a while. For presentations, the screen is brighter and sharper when I use the VGA connector but if I use the HDMI connector, screen gets a bit less brighter and less sharper. Cant figure this out. My new computer doesnt have the VGA connector, so I have to use the HDMI connection. Its a bit annoying to have the brightness and sharpness less than what I could get out of the projector.

Very good worth the $. Very bright clear hi res picture. Dont waste you money on no name branded junk.

Even though the display on this projector isnt HD, it will definitely turn some heads for the brightness of it. Still a great quality projector.

Picture quality was bright and clear under normal room lighting. I would recommend this projector based upon both price and performance.

Just installed it today, at this point Im very very happy and it is very bright and clear.

We are very happy with this projector. The screen is beautiful and is even bright during the day. This is the projector on eco mode at night.

This projector is broke with 222 hours on it, waste of money.
