The adhesive is of poor quality because in less than a week, the weight of the pad was enough to make it fall from the bottom of the tank. Bad thing is, I had bought 2 of these and both were a disappointment. Lesson learned.

VIVOSUN Reptile Heating Pad is an ideal 24-hour heat source for tropical or temperate reptilian species. It contains a high level nichrome heating wire and great PVC material to insulation which can provide constant heat for reptiles and amphibians.
Reptile Heat Mat Installation:
1. Clean the surface of the terrarium
2. Peel adhesive paper off back of the pad
3. Lie heat mat on the bottom/side of the tank
4. Press it hard and smooth out any bubbles until it stick to the tank firmly
