East to setup, buttons were a bit hard to program temperature but eventually got it, set it and forget it

If I could give this a 0 I would. The heating pad has 3m that does not stick to the aquarium. I have a roach colony for lizards that need to be at a constant 90 degrees but the temperature control that is supposed to be compatible with this wont go above 66 degrees. I set it to 90 and nothing. I am looking for a new one. Dont waste your money. I have had this for a little over a month.

Im actually using this to maintain temperature for sourdough starter and rising dough. With a controller (bought separately) it does this very well. I do notice that it has a plastic/chemical smell. I dont think it is affecting the food, but it is still noticeable after a number of weeks.

I really like this thermostat. I already have one that I use for my leopard gecko, it was easy to use and works great so I ordered this thermostat/heatmat combo that I have not used yet. I ordered the wrong sized heat mat (too big) so Ill be ordering the combo pack again but in a smaller size (I already have plans for the large one I bought for the future). I like this brand a lot and would recommend.

You can’t beat this product for the price. I haven’t encountered a single issue with the adhesive or the heat it’s producing.

This product was a breeze to set up and has been working steady and accurately since. Will purchase again.

It’s easy enough to use but the mat just doesn’t have enough power to get the hotspot to anything above 80-90 and it’s a little frustrating.
