Greater than one weekI like the product because it’s easy to use. However I have had this on the side of my gecko tank for over ten hours and it is not the right temp yet. I will probably be returning it. Sellers contacted me and refunded me so that was nice!

08-06-2025I am not super thrilled with this product and I’m worried about the care of my animal because of it. The temperature output is inconsistent and is not reaching the higher temperatures I’m after. I have the thermostat set to 35. The thermostat reading will fluctuate between 32 to 35 throughout the day. What is extra frustrating is that when I check the surface temp of the heat pad with my temp gun, it’s saying only 26-28. I am not confident in the over performance of this product.

Greater than one weekPerfect for a 20-40 gallon tank . This keeps the environment around 85 degrees . My bearded dragon loves it . He used to stay close to the lamp but now I notice he is always in different locations . I now keep the lamp at lower setting during the day . Great product

VIVOSUN Reptile Heating Pad is an ideal 24-hour heat source for tropical or temperate reptilian species. It contains a high level nichrome heating wire and great PVC material to insulation which can provide constant heat for reptiles and amphibians.
Reptile Heat Mat Installation:
1. Clean the surface of the terrarium
2. Peel adhesive paper off back of the pad
3. Lie heat mat on the bottom/side of the tank
4. Press it hard and smooth out any bubbles until it stick to the tank firmly
