> 3 dayThis would be a 5 star review if the quality was a little better. We have been using this for 4 months and there is a hole in the seam where the rubber is fused together. We had two Sophie’s with my older son and this never happened. With that said, this is by far my baby’s favorite teether. It is easy for a little baby (3-4 mo) to hold and there are lots of different parts to chew on. I just wish it wasn’t coming apart because now it is difficult to wash without getting water in that tear.

> 3 dayI bought it as soon as my little one was drooling and looking to sooth her gums. At first I thought it was a waste of money, but now Im glad I bought her. So heres the deal, at 4 mo. your little one might look at Sophie and toss her to the curb. She may try to figure out her purpose and get bored right away. BUT at 5 months, Helllo Sophie. Shell learn to hold her, bite her, chew on her little legs...even swing her around where it knocks her on the face...but shell learn to appreciate the $25 dollar giraffe. I recommend little Sophie.

Greater than one weekSophie is absolutely darling, weve bought this product many times before for expecting parents and its always a hit. Sophie is great for all the reasons stated in other reviews and the product details; but Id suggest leaving a note on your order asking that the delivery isnt left somewhere that the packaging might be damaged, especially if youre planning on gifting it. The box is a delicate matte finish that perfectly suits Sophies texture and design, but unfortunately, our box was crammed into our mailbox and there were a few bends, dents and a rip. In no way did this damage the toy, but the box isnt as presentable as Id like for a gift, it gives it a slightly second-hand quality which is not preferable when youre giving something a baby might put in its mouth. Over-all Sophie is a win! But if your deliveries are routinely placed in a small mail box or even dropped over a wall consider leaving a request!!

> 3 dayGave this to my baby niece and she loved it! Shes 7-8 months and wanting to put everything in her mouth, so this was perfect. She chews on different parts of the giraffe. I think for those who worry about the spots peeling, they may peel or fade precisely because they are made from natural coloring and not chemical stuff. Id be more worried if they didnt because that would probably mean it was way more potent ink. The packaging and all of the explanations inside and around make me trust that this is a well-thought-out product with many potential benefits for baby stimulation, and not just some random toy. I do feel its a bit expensive though, but apparently Ill buy anything for my princess.

> 3 dayAll of the babies in our family have been given Sohie the Giraffe when they were babies. It’s easy to hold, soft rubber, and an accessible teething toy.

> 3 dayI love Sofie the giraffe. My first little one loved hers so I had to get one for my newest. When I read the reviews on here I freaked out and ended up doing hours of research because obviously with a teething toy you dont want it to be made in China with lead paint for your baby to chew off. This one has the correct squeak, the right texture, the right smell, and the special code on the leg. It also has the right paint pattern/colour. So dont fret mama, this is the real deal, and your little one will love it.
