> 3 daySophie Giraffe is soft and ultra flexible. The toy/teether fits in a babys hand perfectly. Ive given several new moms this gift for their baby & always get smiles of appreciation in the months to come when their little one gets acquainted with Sophie.

> 3 dayMy friends wife is having a baby so I started buying some things I know they will need (having three grown children of my own and 8 grandchildren). My daughter is the expert however so I asked her opinion on everything. She said I should definitely buy a Sophie. I had no idea what a Sophie was so she educated me in the fine art of Sophie for teething babies. No problem except the price. Its a squeaking rubber giraffe for $20+. I dont know about anyone else, but Im big on value for my dollar and while it went against the grain, I bought it anyway. Had no idea rubber giraffes from France were so expensive, but oh, well, Im a sucker for babies. When mine were little I didnt care about how much I spent, same thing with my grandchildren. I just thought it was funny, a Sophie for the baby...who knew?

> 3 dayI literally cannot leave the house without this. My son loves this so much and its easy for him to hold. The giraffe is flexible so he can easily move her around. Hes teething right now so its great for him to bite on! Highly recommend!

> 3 dayNot sure if this is the original French Sophie. The box came open without any security closure.

> 3 dayMy baby absolutely LOVES Sophie the Giraffe. She holds and chews on it frequently, but we have only been using it for 2 months. However, today I noticed a crack on the seam of the neck. She loves this toy, but I am disappointed that a $20+ baby teether only lasted 2 months. I cannot give her this toy to chew on now in case the rubber continues to crack and peel off. Great while it was usable, but disappointing it didnt last more than 2 months.

Greater than one weekIve been trying to find different teethers for my 6 month old but she hasnt really taken a liking to any of them. She loves Sofie though. Right now the ears are perfect for soothing her lower front gums as her first teeth come in.
