> 3 dayThis toy is MAGICAL. I cant explain it but the baby LOVES this thing. The legs are perfect for her to hold onto and she chews on the little giraffe feet constantly. Oh and it SQUEAKS, which makes her giggle every time. Beware dog owners, youll have to teach the pup that this squeaky toy is not his. It does have a bit of a weird rubber smell, even after initial washing, but doesnt seem to bother baby. Was a little skeptical because this seemed a bit expensive for a baby toy, but this is by far her favorite toy so I dont regret the purchase one bit.

> 3 dayI have raised 9 children, 23 years as a childcare provider and a grandmother of two. I have purchased Sophie for each and everyone of the babies I’ve taken care of. Amazing smell, texture, boa free and throw in fridge makes the best am quiet toy for school drop offs

Greater than one weekMy daughter has an easy time holding it and getting into her mouth unlike other toys we’ve tried but it collects fuzzy and hair really easy, I have to constantly rinse it off which can be a little difficult since you have to plug the squeaker hole.

> 3 dayDon’t buy for this price. It’s literally a crappy dog toy. Instead go to Walmart or a dog store and get one for way cheaper and probably nicer. I didn’t expect it to be this small.

Greater than one weekIf my 6 month old twins could speak words... Well, they would be too busy chewing on their Sophies to tell you to just get the toy. Once my twins hit the I want to taste test ALL the things stage, it was time to get Sophie (I had already read about how great the toy was). The baby safe chew toy is worth it (and I had to get 2)--my mom even told me to write a review because of how the boys get great use of Sophie. My boys are entertained gumming on Sophie and she will make noise as they gum her due to the material she is made of (separate from her squeaker). They can grab different parts of Sophie to pick her up which was helpful when they were still working on their grasp. Sophie comes on trips out and about instead of pacis because one of my boys will take a paci and the other will not.

Greater than one weekWe love Sophie at home! I had to have two of them handy as we did experience one of our babies crying her heart when a Sophie disappeared. Now every time I need a newborn gift, I include a Sophie in the gift bag!
