Unfortunate necessity for PlayStation 5. Now that all games are install based only, cds are useless and you absolutely need storage expansion for ps5 games. This does what it should as advertised. But make sure you have the right screwdriver, as it is necessary for installation.

Slotted in and worked pain free with excellent performance (faster than stock). About as plug and play as your can get for a storage drive upgrade

Zusätzlicher Speicher für die PS5... lädt die Spiele sogar noch schneller als die bereits verbaute... habe jetzt die alten PS4-Games auf der Standard-SSD und die PS5-Games auf der neu eingebauten. Ich bin sicherlich kein Technik-Genie / oder besonders habdwerklich geschickt, aber das verbauen ging mit gegoogeltem Einbauvideo super einfach.... Absolute Kaufempfehlung von meiner Seite!

Works seamlessly with the PS5. Biggest pain with the install is getting the PS5s cover off. After that, its taking out one screw, sliding this SSD in, and then putting the screw in the SSDs notch to hold it in place. Done. It is a little finicky; I had to use a bit of force to get it into the slot. One thing I did notice is it sped up loading times; this drive has to be faster than the internal storage, my Elden Ring load times are noticeably quicker, and the game has less pop in to boot.

Super easy to install, got recognized by my PS5, immediately and it works as intended.

plugged into my ps5 turned it on and instantly wanted to format the drive for use after that I installed some games on it and they transferred over just fine this is a great addition to the ps5 due to the lack of storage it came with.
