> 3 dayGot this for game storage, 4TB, insanely fast. Ill be up front, game load times in general arent affected much compared to my SATA 2.5 Crucial MX500, a few were noticeable, but I just like to have good PC parts. Also, this will probably be useful when DirectStorage is implemented into games.

> 3 dayEs un NVME muy rápido, sin duda recomiendo adquirir la versión con disipador ya que se calienta muchísimo.

> 3 daySo I went with this after researchig the best drive for a PS5. Ordered a separate heat sink which was pretty cheap. After installing the heat sink, and watching several how-to YouTube tutorials, I installed it and its been working fine. (I highly recommend watching installation vids, its simple enough but some screw removal can be tricky) Also due to shortages of chips, processors and who knows what else in the PC/gamer world, the price inflation on these is a bit high. SSDs arent cheap to begin with, but Ive been seeing prices rise, especially on the actual WD website so thats my only negative comment. If you can find it at a decent price, snag it because a week later I guarantee it wont be that same price again.

> 3 dayIf your looking to upgrade your storage on your ps5 this is definitely the way to go. I doubt i will ever run out of room with this addition. Was extremely easy to install and has worked flawlessly since installation. All games run as they should with no issues.

> 3 dayHey everyone just wanted to throw this out there. I bought this for my ps5 along with a heat sink and everything was working flawlessly at first. Then I got an update for my ps5 and literally right after my ps5 began to overheat while playing any ps5 game. Ps4 games work fine. Im not sure if it was the SSD or the update that messed up my ps5 but those are the only two changes that I made before these issues. Also I cleaned my ps5 of all dust(which was surprisingly super clean) so I really dont know what the problem is. I may have to spend money now and send it in.

> 3 dayMy experience is a bit above an average user. I have built my current and past PCs. I have my A+ certification and I typically troubleshoot my own PCs, friends PCs and have worked in diagnosing, troubleshooting, fixing customer PCs in my past.

> 3 dayThe storage on the PS5 is laughable at best. I have used an external wd hard drive for my PS4. This was very easy to install and yes, 2 TB might be more than I need, but now I have storage to play some of my ps4 catalog and current ps5 games and not worry about juggling storage around.
