Got this for my new gaming rig. It is super fast and probably more than I need, however I was able to get it for a super good price. I originally bought it on here but my buddy had one that he didn’t need so he sold it to me for a very low price, so I returned the one I purchased here. However it’s the same exact drive so I can still review and let everyone know that it has been working flawlessly and is killer fast! It’s probably more than anyone needs for gaming, so if you’re building a gaming rig and want this drive I’d suggest keeping an eye out for a sale.

I bought this specifically to expand the storage capacity of the PS5. I installed it following the installation video, and had it setup in minutes. It’s as fast as the internal memory and works fantastically well.

Comprata per ps5 e perfettamente compatibile, il prodotto si installa molto facilmente, basterà guardare un paio di video tutorial. La ps5 la riconosce, la formatta ed il gioco è fatto. La velocità di caricamento delle texture e degli scenari è assolutamente paragonabile al lavoro fatto dal ssd interno della ps5, dunque niente paura. Ho trovato questa scheda in super sconto a 189 euro da 2tb durante i prime days. Un affare. Consigliatissima ma soprattutto necessaria.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner neuen SSD von WD. Sie hat eine riesige Speicherkapazität von 4 TB und eine unglaubliche Lese- und Schreibgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 7.300 MB/s bzw. 6.600 MB/s. Die Installation war einfach und die SSD passt perfekt in meinen PC. Seitdem ich die SSD eingebaut habe, starten meine Spiele viel schneller und laufen flüssiger. Die SSD unterstützt auch PCIe 4.0 x4 für eine optimale Leistung und hat einen DRAM-Cache von 2 GB für mehr Stabilität. Ich kann diese SSD jedem empfehlen, der seinen PC oder Laptop aufrüsten möchte.

I bought this to add space to my PS5, it works perfect. System picked it right up. Load times are lightning fast as well. Highly recommend.

Let it be known that I am in no way a professional or a sevant when it comes to tech and gaming. All I know was 600gbs was not going to cut it so I ended up getting this WD Black 1 tb for my PS5. Easiest installation ever, the hardest part was popping out that panel for the first time! You can see in the images I attached that it was successful. Im not sure what those read speeds mean but I know Im happy with them. Best of luck everybody!
