> 3 dayThe paints themselves arent the best, thus four stars, but they are good enough for student range watercolors. However, I love the pallette! The waterbrush was difficult to manage the water flow at first, but you learn how to work with it fairly quick. Honestly I only bought it for the pallette (on which the watercolors do not bead at all) and the waterbrush (which is pretty enjoyable to work with once I had used it a few times).

> 3 dayThis is so convenient that I didnt have to buy another brush just to use this product. I recommend to all the beginners if you wanted to test out the watercolor drawing.

> 3 dayThese have been a great starter-set intro to the Winsor & Newton Cotman brand. The paints themselves go on so smoothly. I really like the selection of colors in this set compared to some of the other small sets, although with only 12 its hard to have all the colors youd like. The colors that are included are nice and vibrant! Most colors mix well for nice even paints. The exception was the white - its nice to have an option to get a lighter shade and have it more opaque, but it does look chalky, and Id recommend getting individual tubes of colors like magenta (permanent rose) or a lighter blue rather than mixing in white. The pans and container are nice that they can be arranged how you want and there is enough space in between so that you dont accidentally get paint from one pan to the next. Also, if you want to swap out other colors, its really easy to do so! The brush pen I wasnt a huge fan of at first, but is a nice option to get your feet wet with an aqua brush. For me, I preferred having an aqua brush where I had more control over the water flow. The paints ended up getting too-watery as it would dispense water even without squeezing at times, but it is a nice small brush to do a lot of interesting small paintings! Overall, Im very happy with the set, and would recommend it!
