It works with the timer when programmed BUT (and this is why I give 2 stars) you have no access to it from the app when away from home. I can not even see it connected. That is a big flaw.

Easy setup fantastic timer with flexible settings in 24 hours.. NOTE ordered two units only one would connect to Alexa Guess Quality Control is a bit off.. Not to happy with this short coming

I really like these, had 4 and just bought 2 more. But they constantly say “looking for router”…. Doubt they are both faulty! After some online research I discovered they are not compatible with new iOS 16 and there is no indication this will be updated soon. That’s ashame…

This is a 5-star product. I gave it 4-stars only because the ad on Amazon gives the impression there are 2 in the box. In reality there is only one, so the price is not as impressive as you think. Please Amazon, change the picture to only show one.

I purchased 4 of these outlets. 3 indoor and 1 outdoor. I originally bought them for christmas lights but they work so good , I use them for everything. Coffee pot , lamps , whatever. They are totally programmable for on and off times..They make my life easier. I would recommend to anyone who wants to save steps and become a couch potato like me.

This order was my 6th WiOn smart plug which I installed at my daughters condo. My first 5 were from a liquidation store where it was sold at same price reduction. Despite its bulky size compared to newer ones in the market like my other Wemo plug, the WiOn is so easy to install and set up via its WiOn app. It only loses a star because somehow I could not get it recognized by my Google Home and Alexa app. It used to be by GH which still lists WiOn as among the devices it recognizes. Nonetheless, the WiOn app works just as fine including controlling it via off-location (remote).

This app works amazing no crashing. A bit tricky to set up but it’s so much better than the smart home app which constantly crashes

Item description states the item is new but apparently they are selling returns or repackaged items as mine came opened and it had previously been setup by a different user making it extremely annoying to use. Something I also missed on this is you have to install a proprietary app to easily control this thing which is a nuisance. The plus is also much bulkier than I was expecting being about 4 times the size of my other similar smart plugs. I ended up returning it due to receiving a used item, the size being ridiculously large, and it not being easily compatible with my current TP-Link, TopGreener, and Alexa system. I wouldnt recommend this unless you were planning on only buying this brand for your smart plug system.

I used one for the coffee pot and now I can check from anywhere to see if it is off. Also I can start coffee in the morning.
