WiOn 50050 Indoor WiFi Plug With 1 Grounded Outlet; White

Product works ok, but their support is non-existent. I emailed a very specific question regarding the ports needed for communication so that I could set up a rule for my firewall. I never received a response. It appears others have the same issue. While the product works ok, I would be concerned about the company standing behind it in the long run. I own seven of these devices, but will be switching to another manufacturer that is responsive to support requests.

Great product to use with Android phones, will not work with latest version of IOS. Too bad as this is a great product easy to install and use.

I purchased 4 of these outlets. 3 indoor and 1 outdoor. I originally bought them for christmas lights but they work so good , I use them for everything. Coffee pot , lamps , whatever. They are totally programmable for on and off times..They make my life easier. I would recommend to anyone who wants to save steps and become a couch potato like me.

Excellent product so far, works as advertised. Retains its settings even after power outages. I have 3 of these and 2 hard wired switches. I will be purchasing more in the future. The only thing you have to make sure of is that you have a good wifi signal where ever you installed them, otherwise it will not show up on the app and will be useless.

This app works amazing no crashing. A bit tricky to set up but it’s so much better than the smart home app which constantly crashes

Just set this up yesterday, and it worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and program. I already have one hard-wired switch installed and am working on doing three more. I may buy two more of these plug-in modules for holiday decorations.

Ive had it for a few months and its holding up well so far.

Item description states the item is new but apparently they are selling returns or repackaged items as mine came opened and it had previously been setup by a different user making it extremely annoying to use. Something I also missed on this is you have to install a proprietary app to easily control this thing which is a nuisance. The plus is also much bulkier than I was expecting being about 4 times the size of my other similar smart plugs. I ended up returning it due to receiving a used item, the size being ridiculously large, and it not being easily compatible with my current TP-Link, TopGreener, and Alexa system. I wouldnt recommend this unless you were planning on only buying this brand for your smart plug system.

What a product! What a convenience! I bought this and WiOn 50052 and 50049 and they have made my life Sooooo much easier. Im using 50052 for the lights on the front porch which is controlled from a switch inside the front door, use this for the living room and 50049 for outside lights which light up outside landscape. All controlled from one app on my iPhone. Although they are all scheduled and dont need me to mess with them every day, but I, often, override the schedule and change them as needed; from home or if Im miles away. As long as I have internet connection, which is almost anywhere, Im connected. Writing this review five months after purchase and very very happy with them. Highly recommended.

Good product, only giving 4 stars. Cant seem to have multiple programmed times on the same item and cant program after midnight.
