Ordered one for my pickup to run a dash cam and an inside temp monitor for my K-9. Wanted to hide the connections and cables under the dash. Perfect! ordered 2 more for my RV. 1 Replaced the cigarette lighter in the dash with out modifying the hole, love the battery voltage monitor! have not found the perfect place for the other yet but high marks for an awesome accessory!

The cigarette lighter in my 1968 Buick caught on fire and being as I dont smoke I decided to replace it with a USB port hub. Since were currently living in 2021 and USB in a car is pretty much an essential component to have I wanted to make sure I got the right thing. I ended up choosing this one because it has an aluminum housing and a lot of others that I saw were entirely plastic, and honestly I wasnt interested in anything made completely out of plastic. So I bought this and it took about a day to arrive which was cool. I took out my Dremel and honestly only had to remove a little bit of burnt plastic to get it to fit in the old cigarette lighter hole. I managed to work the locking ring around the back of the port which was honestly a little challenging with the two inch gap I had to move my fingers around in, but Id imagine on any vehicle that isnt old as dirt you could probably remove a panel pretty easy and put this where you wanted it with a decent amount of room to work with. The new charger fits wonderfully and pretty much hides all of the burn damage that was visible on the dash. Currently its wired to only be on when the car is in accessory mode or on completely, and I would recommend others do the same to avoid battery drain. (You can see in the image I attached its displaying no power and has no light on because the vehicle is off). If I have any issues Ill make sure to update the review but currently Im pretty satisfied and now I can run Spotify wherever Im in the car, have my tunes, and also not worry about running out of battery (Ive got an older iPhone 7 and it drains pretty quick unfortunately).

I installed this Quick charge port and 1 other type in a 92 GMC suburban. I had it in there for about 2 weeks and its working just fine. I have had issues with the electronics slowly killing the battery over time and I like being able to see the current charge at a glance.

This charger work very well . Even on 6 volt. I run it in a 85 year old 6 volt car. And a 12 volt trike. The volt display is nice to have .lets you know at a glance if your battery charging well or not. I like this product!

Installed this in my 2017 F-150 due to really wanting a voltmeter to check battery status. Decided to install it in an empty spot in center console and wired to rear cigarette outlet and it works great. It measures very close to my actual voltmeter plus it charges my note 9 and s10 very fast with the QC3

This is a great Item. Its perfect. Has no on or off button. I used it for my dash cam and ran the wires to my radio power so it turns off and on with the radio. Its very durable and looks great on the dash. I highly recommend it.

Received the adapter quickly, and was happy with the durability and ease of installation. Voltage meter looks great with the red back-lighting in my BMW 428i. I had purchased another adapter that after installation only had one of the two USB ports working so I purchased this one. Both ports are working, the quick-charge circuit charges my phone quickly and efficiently, and the all metal construction makes it extremely durable. Very happy with the product.
