Zoo Med Aquatic Turtle UVB Heat Lighting Kit

5 star so far. I used this set for my green anoles. The like the basking light. After the first try, one of my anoles had his mouth open after 30 minutes or so. I decided to turn on and off through out the day to make sure its not too hot. I mist about 3 times a day. But leave the uvb on as soon as i come into the home office.

I initially decided to buy this product because I was tired of replacing the bulbs in a much cheaper unit unfortunately there was a Bad UVB bulb in a new package. Replacement bulb cost $24 I dont want to have to replace the entire unit just need a working bulb. Unfortunately there isnt a way just return the bulb and unless Im missing something theres no way to contact the seller.

The UV light stopped working after a day. Would love for the company to send me a new UV bulb.

Bought this item few months ago. Item came extremely fast. However, the UVB light was burnt out two week after using it. The heat is still working fine. I would give it a 4 star, if the UVB light would last longer. I hope that light was not an expired one..

excellent product and price .....

This is the 2nd time Ive purchased this item and would not consider any other light for my turtles. It is replacing the original where the electrical connection for one side would cycle or flicker on and off. For safety reasons I determined it best to replace it. I did replace the bulbs in the bad side several time to determine cause. Overall - I love this light.

I loved this lamp at first. It worked perfectly but the LED bulb went out in less then a month. Although the warm yellow tine bulb is still going strong, u had to replace the other lightbulb. So its just something to keep in mind when purchasing. Its made out of sturdy material.
