nice product but should have said you needed a special bracket to hold it upi had to send it back didnt work for me

I love this lamp, got it today, already see a difference in my turtle,s behavior they look happier and active, only problem I bought the stand for it, it does not hold up the lighting kit which is heavier than the lamp stand. So resting the lamp on my aquarium mesh cover.

Has held up for a very long time even taking a couple falls and still lights up perfectly, turtles couldnt live without it (literally)

Include both heat and UV lamps. I set a timer to turn it on 8 hours a day. My turtles love it.

The UVB light side of the lamp stopped working after 3 months. I thought it was just the bulb but the replacement didn’t work and when I tried the functional heat bulb it didn’t work on the UVB side either. It’s a shame because it really is a good set up with being able to control the lights separately. Looking at reviews on here and Chewy it seems this is a common issue with the lamp. After three months it’s not worth replacing with the same company even if it’s a bit cheaper than others.

My turtle loves this light . The warmer is really warm and I put it on for hrs .

The turtles shells starting to look better already. Fixing shell rot. Turtles are active again. So much better than the one we had been using.

Love this lamp. Have this for both my tanks. Such a great value! Just an FYI though. The UVB lamp is not strong enough for turtles. You will eventually need to replace the UVB with a 10.0 26 watt.
