Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 Mini Compact Fluorescent Lamp, 13 Watts

I purchased this product and i also purchased the mini combo deep dome with it and when i screwed the light into the deep dome and turned it on after about 10-20 seconds it started sparking and smoking and it doesnt work now

Not sure how much UVA/UVB this actually puts out, but were using it in our tortoise enclosure.

For a UV lamp it its too dark for the pet tank

I purchased this bulb as a back up. It’s been several months and finally needed it only to find it doesn’t even work!

Didnt even last a week

Well we live in Texas and certain areas we dont get that much sun. So we have a couple of these lights over our desk when we work. It gives us all the UV that we need. Its almost like being outside all day. Its great for depression it helps keep you chipper. And awake. This is better than buying an expensive sun lamp. So if you want to feel a little less depressed. And put a little brightness into your Darkness. Pop one of these bad boys in over your office or where you hang around most. Youll see the youll see and feel the difference. Or remember to turn it up when it starts getting dark. Will youll be awake for a little while. Enjoy

Worked like a champ...!!

We have 2 terrariums and an aquatic turtle cage. We use these for every one. They work great, and unless we break them on accident, they have lasted us the whole 6 months we keep them. We always have an extra on hand and always change twice a year.
