Does not fit Makita model B05010. Check your model carefully and read the reviews before purchasing. Because of it’s inexpensive price, I bought this as an experiment - FAIL. Also, this unit seems cheaply made and I do not believe it would have held up for more than 5 minutes to the kind of heavy use you can inflict on a Makita. Not inexpensive...CHEAP.

This is a piece of crap. The holes in the pad dont align properly with the tapped holes in the bottom of the sander. Dont buy this. Im returning it.

This pad does NOT work with the BO5010KX sander

The fit is just a little bit off, but it still installed.

I was impressed with the quality of the product, but when attaching it to the sander (using the same screws that held the original), the holes were too small. Drill the holes out will fix the product, but I didnt want to do the drilling.

Says it fits a bo5021 makita random orbit sander, however the 3 mounting holes are about 1/16 too far apart.Can not mount on to sander.

Saved me $$ not having to replace a perfectly good sander!

This is a cool Dia 8 hook it made my job so much easier and it was simple to put it on .
