5 Inch Dia 8 Hole Sander Hook and Loop Replacement Sanding Pad For Makita BO5010, BO5030/K, BO5031K, BO5041K, XOB01Z Sander

Says it fits a bo5021 makita random orbit sander, however the 3 mounting holes are about 1/16 too far apart.Can not mount on to sander.

It fits perfect.

The place where the screw heads go is not recessed. The screw heads stick up making it impossible to sand. Without modifying it it, is useless.

It looks the same and get the screws in but can’t fully tighten the 3rd screw. Disappointed.

Great product!!! Fit my Makita orbital sander perfectly

The screw holes that come pre-drilled in this pad are for countersunk for flat-head screws. However my Makita has round head screws with fixed washers and they wont fit in the provided holes. Youll need to countersink the holes with a brad point or forstner bit. Not a big deal but it is clearly not designed for the Makita sander.

This is a piece of crap. The holes in the pad dont align properly with the tapped holes in the bottom of the sander. Dont buy this. Im returning it.
