I bought this previously and used it down to the last piece. Used it to pad shoes and delicate skin on feet to prevent blisters and rubbing.

This is the same material that the little metatarsal pads my podiatrist hands out. This time its a bruised or broken sesamoid and I aint going in (Dont want to get the rona). So, after consulting with Dr. Google and watching a podiatrists video about making your own foot pads out of this stuff, I ordered this. Well packaged. Came 5 days before they said it would. Its the correct material. I traced both feet, cut out the shapes. One is the OK foot(I dont want to be lopsided, so both feet get the padding) The other is the foot with the injury. I cut a hole where the injury is so I am not putting pressure on it. I did not use the adhesive backing because its full shoe insert size and doesnt want to slip around. It is plenty warm, though, and its a hot day, so when Im sitting, the shoes are off. The roll is a decent length, which is good, because I keep doing stupid things with my feet, like stomping on a shovel in thin soled shoes, instead of wearing my workboots (kicking myself). Go buy some if your feet hurt. Its good.

I bought this to cut into small rectangles for cleaning pads. The paper backing is a little tricky to peel away from the adhesive until you get the hang of it, but the adhesive does hold well for my particular application..

Liked every thing about the felt. The only negative is that its very difficult to peel the protective layer off; its hard to get it started

My dog was suffering from skin thinning condition. I used this as padding inside a shirt. Worked surprisingly well.

I havent used them yet but I plan to cut out arch supports for low arches in most of my shoes. They look to be the right thickness.

Craft felt , not medical wrap.

This felt padding is the same as the one my doctor use. It sticks and stays in place on your foot. However when removing it just go very slowly!

I have some nerve issues on a foot and being able to cut custom pads is great. And it’s way cheaper than buying precut pads at the store. I am applying the pads directly on my foot. It doesn’t move and stays put with a sock and shoe. Adhesive comes off with a shower. I sometimes reuse pads and they stick well.

I have been looking for this kind of felt padding for a very long time. We used this type of felt when I played college basketball to protect bruises and blisters. Now I need it for when Im hiking in Arizona to keep my stiff backpacking boots from causing blisters on the back of my heel. I like the fact that this felt holds very well and will not come off easily from sweat and constant movement Of my foot in hiking boots.
