15-06-2025This item what not what I wanted. I have 2 of the s7s and they are GREAT. The s10 does not have top vents, only bottom. I returned after 15 minutes of ownership.

> 3 dayI decided I needed a cooling option when one night after playing games for a few hours I got up to turn my system off and as walked across the room toward my receiver I could feel the whole area getting hotter. Could barely touch my receiver!! (I was running it pretty hard). So glad I got this because now even during hard abuse the receiver stays nice and cool. Unbelievable difference!

12-06-2025I have a Denon AVR X2700H and the reason to explore a cooling device system was that at the climax of Lord of the Ring: Fellowship of the ring movie my AVR shut down due to a thermal alarm. That was so annoying as took a long time to cool off and I had to decrease the volume significantly to continue watching it.

> 3 dayAfter researching different cooling systems for my Marantz porthole receiver that seemed to want to overheat upon higher listening volumes, I bought the AC Infinity single fan plugged into my switched integrated amp. The fan worked fine as a single, but once I turned off the amp and receiver, there was a chance Id left the recr on with zone 2 or 3 still operating without my knowledge (Marantz owners will know what Im talking about--white dash in porthole is your ONLY clue when recr is in Zone 2/3 and STILL ON).

14-06-2025We live in a place where it gets very hot (90-100 degrees F) and that means my AVR (Yamaha RX-A1050) runs way too hot. I looked for a professional cooling system and once I saw the Infinity AIRCOM S10 I was convinced it will do the job. It took only 8 days from the USA to South Africa. Installing it was quick and easy. On a cooler day (77-85 degrees F) I run the fans on the slowest speed and my AVR remains at a acceptable temperature. On warmer days (90 degrees F +) I set the fans to the second speed and the AVR remains nice and cool. I really don’t see the need of putting the fans higher than this, so there is no noise disturbance. If you really want to run the fans at full speed and it is noisy just crank up the volume ;-) Good quality product that does a great job protecting my AVR and giving me peace of mind.
