> 3 dayThis does an excellent job keeping my A/V receiver cool when in use. I like the level of control that the fan provides. It automatically turns on and off to keep my equipment cool and conserve power when its no longer needed

Greater than one weekSleek and cools automatically. I wish the fan was a bit quieter though. Allowed me to fit my Denon X4700H in a tight space

> 3 dayWorks great. In my opinion it wasnt that hard to set up/program. I have it set to turn on only to speed 1, and it will cycle on/off without needing a higher fan speed. My amp is only powering 2 klipsch tower speakers so its not putting out a ton of power. Fan is loud enough at speeds 3/4 to not want to use it. It smelled a bit for the first couple months. Not sure if it was my amp or the fan.

> 3 dayCumple muybuenpara lo que es prolongará la vida útil de mi receptor A/V antes se calentaba y me daba pendiente que los componentes electrónicos fueran mermando por ese calor, ahora se mantiene fresco y el ventilador es prácticamente silencioso muy a gusto con mi compra

21-11-2024Hookup simple, started right away. The unit performs about as well as one can expect. Running Energy Center channel, 2 Klipsch towers, two Klipsch side surrounds, 2 Polk towers for the rear channel, and a Klipsch 10 sub off a Denon 7.2 receiver. Had a thermal shutdown playing Stairway to Heaven before I bought the unit, so I tried it again with the unit and the fans kicked on as they were supposed to. Sort of regret not getting the same unit [front-blowing] with the digital display, but hey, as long as it can keep the beast cooler than it was, Ill take it.

> 3 dayTakes a moment to understand the simple controls, but once installed you just leave it. The small circular light reassures you it’s doing its job. An elegant solution. I bought the version that exhausts out the front.

> 3 dayI got two of these, one for a Yamaha A2080 that I previously cooked the power amp on and one for my Onkyo Integra M-506RS power amp that I didn’t cook. Both sit unobtrusively over the top vents, suck up the hot air and blow it out the front vents. The auto temp control works as it should. Some complain about the noise level but I set them at 1/2 speed and can’t hear them unless the room is silent. They’ll run a bit longer but so what? If you’ve got your precious gear in rack, audio stack or with less than sufficient air movement wherever you’ve put it, get this product. The added protection is cheap at the price. And they work.
