AC Infinity AIRCOM S10, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Front-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

I was looking for a cooling fan unit for my Yamaha CR-820 vintage stereo receiver, which tends to get pretty hot after a few hours. I purchased a smaller AC Infinity cooling unit months ago for my newer Yamaha and it worked great. This larger cooling unit has three fans and several cooling modes (I use auto) and it keeps this behemoth receiver cool all day. I HIGHLY recommend these AC Infinity coolers!!!

Need air circulation? This is the company to go with. Ive bought several of their AV coolers as well as inline exhaust fans. The various interfaces are simple and easy to set up. For this particular purchase, I didnt need a programmable version (which are pretty slick). This item turns on and off when expected and keeps my pro audio equipment nice and chilly.

An excellent product. Footprint covers the top of my Denon AVR-X2400H and provides excellent cooling. Upon initial start up of my AVR, I noticed the unit seem to be running at a high operating temperature ( Denons are excellent receivers, but are known to produce more than average operating heat). The S10 so far has reduced the heat output to a barely warm-to-touch feeling. Wish the fan speed LED indicator was a soft blue color rather than the bright white. It sometimes distracts when watching television late at night. A push button dimmer button would have been a nice option. With this addition to my home theater set up, it is hoped this unit will add extra years to the life of my receiver. After all, heat is the primary destroyer of electronic hardware and I dont need to send my unit to an early grave.

I decided I needed a cooling option when one night after playing games for a few hours I got up to turn my system off and as walked across the room toward my receiver I could feel the whole area getting hotter. Could barely touch my receiver!! (I was running it pretty hard). So glad I got this because now even during hard abuse the receiver stays nice and cool. Unbelievable difference!

I have only had this product working for two weeks and it work flawless. The instructions were a little bit confusinfg at first , but once i was able to set my model number up it has worked great.

Our Yamaha amp would overheat and shut down after only 15 or 20 minutes of 70-80 percent volume. We put this cooling unit on top of the amp and it never overheats any more. Perfect!

Paired with a high heat Marantz receiver the auto heat/temperature setting works just as it should. Such a simple setup and matching the size/width to your receiver will make it look like it was meant to be there!
