I was easily able to upgrade both the RAM, only one stick removable on this model, and add a large SSD. The computer is fast. I run Photoshop, not games, and it works well. Also, the IPS screen is critical to image editing and this screen performs well

Sadly I cant give a clear review since it wouldnt even turn on when it arrived. Dont know who to blame but either way I guess this means a trip to best buy for another laptop.

Extremely superfast, value for money came along with a 2.5 inch hard case which i use to upgrade my old hard disk. In addition inserted 16gb ram and inserted 1tb m.2

Third time very lucky! My first purchase of a smaller ACER laptop was a dud! The speakers would not work and neither Amazon or Acer could make them work. My second purchase was a HP laptop and it kept freezing! Neither Amazon nor HP could fix it. This was my third attempt and it is great - no regrets. Also, I am really impressed that Acer actively encourage you to upgrade memory and storage; they even provide hardware to mount an internal drive or SSD.

very happy with this laptop. if your the type of person who just wants to youtube check email and browse the web but dont wanna feel like your laptop is a dinosaur. stop looking around spend the money it comes out to 400 and some change after tax and youll never look back. enjoy

I purchased and made few upgrades to the system! An absolute steal I tell you.

I have been using this for my last 2 semesters of college and it works well. The fan is pretty quiet even at its highest speed and the battery lasts between 1 to 2 days for my workload. The screen is a good size for me and it fits well in my backpack. I havent had any issues with it running, it holds up to many tabs being open for writing essays/researching. My dad also bought one and uses it for CNC work so it can withstand multiple programs running.
