Great laptop, fast, does get hot quickly though and no way to control the fan

Great laptop for the price, battery last long and it can handle multiple applications open at once

The computer was really nice very clean and came in a good box and for the first few days it was okay but I didnt do very much with it at that point but then I started to use it for school na dit ran really slow after that not just for school it would take several minutes for me to look up something and it got really annoying. I then requested to return it and got my money back

Bought this in August of 2021 and now I may have to replace it due to a few wierd things. First, the laptop beeps intermittently and I didnt know why at first. Then I figured out that the power cord doesnt stay fullin inserted and when it slips out a little bit, the beeping starts. I have to push it back in to stop it but the least movement will cause it to happen again. Also, the update feature never works. Not once have I found a system update this way. Have to go to support function to find BIOS and driver updates. Finally, it has started to run very hot and the fan will sometimes run full blast (very noisy) and it still doesnt cool off. Ive blown out and vacuumed out everywhere, even took the back off of it to clean and check the fan. Nothing works to remedy this problem. Looks like I may have to ditch it and get something else.

He loves the thinness and and set up

This laptop has exceeded my expectations! To be fair, I was only looking for something very light duty... Online banking, Amazon shopping, email, and maybe a document or two... along with surfing the internet. The battery life is outstanding, its clean, easy setup, easily upgradeable. EXACTLY what I was looking for. Very pleased! PS: Windows 10 S is very easy to get rid of, and I recommend you do that immediately if you want to be able to download and access what you wish... 0therwise youre locked out.

The charger isnt connecting. Its brand new!

I found this computer to be exceptional. It was easy to set up, and once set up, it loads everything so quickly and efficiently. The laptop looks amazing and it is very sleek. The colors on the screen are vivid, and the quality is very high quality, HD. I watch my movies and play games on this, and I do my work as well. You have the ability to put in some upgrades on this laptop which will really speed it up further; this is on my agenda. Definitely worth it.

So far, so good. I bought this to be my record keeping laptop when I go on my road trips. I do not have any sensitive data nor do I do any power using. This is a sweet little laptop, adequate for my needs, EXCEPT... Those of us who insist on a keyboard that includes a numeric keypad are, for the most part, adept at 10-key by touch. Moving the zero key to below the one instead of the two is just WRONG. Putting the decimal below the two instead of the three is just WRONG. I keep trying to type numbers and get a decimal point where theres supposed to be a zero. DUMB, DUMB, DUMB design.

I have to mention Ive been using this laptop for almost 2 months and all I can say is that its worth the price and quality of the product. Its nice, clean, light, and very fast laptop to use at work. It can easily open word, excel, PowerPoint, and other apps as fast as you can imagine. This computer is NOT for gaming, so be careful in what you choose it for. Battery life is excellent, it can complete half the day with no problem (obviously under very low power use). I love this laptop!
