Spent one and a half hours setting up today and loading my content only to find battery not found. Contacted Acer as instructs in the Box for Amazon customers and was disconnected on three times without any call backs. Contacted Amazon and told that I needed to send back to UPS. I did a search and found that as long as two years ago, there was a known battery not found issue with this Acer product. No one at either Acer or Amazon acknowledged it or was even aware of it. Why are refurbished Acer computers being sent out without proper driver fixes to these computers?? Additionally why when being sent among Amazon departments are there no warm transfers and then requested to repeat my product concern repeatedly and then when lost connection with them, no one called back?!

Last years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Im so bitter that this laptop with such small drive space DO NOT have SSD drive Bay or connection...I upgraded my Acer E15 and was so happy with it that I bought a Acer5 SLIM for my daughter only to realize despite what FAQs said it DOESNT have the drive Bay Nor connection point to upgrade with 2.5 SSD. otherwise its a great laptop dont expect much storage.

Very fast computer, numerous ports. I couldnt be more happy!

I needed a low priced but capable laptop for an international trip. This one is great, thin and light yet powerful with good ergonomics.

Not touchscreen as was advertised in the question and answer section. The graphics are so so. Worse than my last Acer. Overall 4 stars.

Computer good for price point. Highly disappointed with Amazon and not honoring monthly payments that we signed up for. After numerous calls and about 5 hours later, we were told we had to return computer and reorder. Buyer beware !

The computer was really nice very clean and came in a good box and for the first few days it was okay but I didnt do very much with it at that point but then I started to use it for school na dit ran really slow after that not just for school it would take several minutes for me to look up something and it got really annoying. I then requested to return it and got my money back
