Ive been very happy with this laptop. Its great for my high school student. Its got a good display and plenty of resources for running software that they need for school including office and google doc. It has great battery life and is neither too big nor too small. Not really a gaming laptop, but more an all-around study laptop.

I have not been able to use my laptop properly since I purchased it and it is not returnable. I will think twice before purchasing something like this from A.as on again!

Last years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

This computer works and boots up very quickly. I have one problem with the screen. Some of the letters, especially the Capital I appear very faintly on the screen making it seem like I did not type it or made a typo. Other than that it works great.

Wife loves the computer great geaphics and loads fast.
