So far it’s been a good computer for us. I like how it starts up quickly and the processing speed is good. It’s my first time buying an Acer, and if the good continues, it certainly won’t be my last.

I had to hire a professional person to get ACER to honor their 1-year warranty - this took him most of a day.-

I love this laptop! When I was researching laptops, the ACER came up quite a few times with great reviews. I am not one to really judge a product by reviews, but this particular one was coming up time after time, so I took a chance, and boy did I make the RIGHT CHOICE!! It is so light, sleek and fast for me! I am not computer sassy was looking for something I can handle but with added features. Im not going to lie, the price was AMAZING! However, I am learning how to maneuver my way through all the features. I am so HAPPY that I took a chance and purchased it! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Last years model literally died so I bought this as a replacement. June 21 2021. Time of death 3/7/22 8am. The diameter of the charging plug is much smaller than the previous model, and is designed very poorly. It wobbles and falls out with very little movement. Im not feeling confident that this is going to last but hate to return after finally migrating all my stuff. Hopefully a replacement cord is available because this one sucks. The replacement cord also FAILED and the laptop is dead LESS THAN A YEAR OF DATE OF MANUFACTURING. DO NOT BUY ACER PRODUCT EVER AGAIN.

Honestly overall this computer is good for mild gaming(You’d have to add more storage and upgrade some stuff if you want to run bigger games like Fortnite, Apex, Etc) It Runs small online games like Roblox pretty well, and can manage multiple tabs. But out of the box, isn’t the ideal gaming laptop but can manage, I recommend upgrading it to meet your gaming needs. It makes an annoying buzzing sound, after researching I read that it’s due to the copper wire or something, it’s apparently normal but it’s really annoying and distracting. Last HP laptop didn’t do that. But overall it gets basic jobs done and is upgradable so it isn’t bad just could be better. I would give it a 8/10

Windows 10 S limits ability to download non-Microsoft apps. Virtual meetings don’t work. Fingerprint ID is sporadic and doesn’t always work. Small issues to some but takes more time to accomplish work tasks. Great for email and web browsing but not good for work.

Bought for school work. Doing good so far.

When I am working, this laptop will suddenly freeze up, refusing to respond to any commands. Only remedy I have found is to turn it off for several minutes, then restart. SOMETIMES this works; other times it remains frozen. Impossible to do any work with this laptop; a total piece of useless junk!
