nice laptop but the keypad is hard to get used to due to its small size

I’ve had a bunch of computers that I’ve went thru and this has to be my favorite of all time! It’s super fast and the graphics are pretty awesome! The price is really good for this computer!

This laptop has been a good fit for our aging mother who only needs something to access accounts and send emails. No issue with anything thus far, and anticipate it serving her well for a long time. The one thing i wish we would have thought of was to get one with a CD drive since she still has a good number of CD’s she likes to listen to. Nothing an external drive wouldn’t fix, but still.

First laptop Ive ever had with the speakers on the bottom. Yupp, you read that right, the bottom. Makes the sound very dull and muted. Would love a touch screen or atleast the screen to be edge to edge and without the thick black edges. Boo. Key board is great and the computer is lightning fast. Not great for games tho, but school and movies it will do fine with.

I really like the slim design and love the speed of the processor, great laptop for my work.

I ordered this on the first day of prime day and there was a system error that wouldnt allow it to set it up. So I had to order it again! I couldnt get an exchange. I was nervous but I got it set up. I havent had it long enough to comment on battery life. I was disappointed I couldnt exchange it. It was probably due to prime day, however its a computer and exchanges should be allowed if its not working. I could have provided proof. So now I have to wait for a refund. I think about other people who cant afford to buy 2 computers and missed out on the prime deals over defective products. I was lucky to be in position to buy it again. Its not the norm for me. Amazon with all their money should think about their customers more. People are trying to get computers for their kids for school and theres inflation and people are counting on working products on prime days

This computer is a good computer for the price, use for web surfing, email, normal use. Very glad I decided on this computer, works very well. I have a ACER Desk Top, Ive owned for 5 yrs, still works and functions great. Only issue with laptop is battery does not last seven (?) hours as stated in product description. The battery life is more like 5 or 5+ hours on a full charge based on how much and what you are working on. I do not use it plugged in as I know that will reduce effectiveness of battery life. I would give it a 4+ star rating. Times as Battery winds down: 11:04am 97%, 12:27pm 77%, 1:49pm 57%, 2:48pm 44%, during this time I had 3 windows open, one playing Podcast. Still a great little laptop for the price.

Although the laptop is 10, the entire keyboard is crammed into only 4. I did not realize how small the keys were going to be. I wish I had enlarged and looked closer at an image of the keyboard before purchasing. As someone who is used to using the number pad a lot, I was really disappointed in it. If you are used to using the number pad by feel rather than sight it is impossible. The keys are not in the same typical arrangement (see comparison photo). I also included an example of how small keys are.
