> 24 hourI got this pc after doing my research, and it showed me that this pc is the best bang for the buck at $400. Its remarkably fast and just great for general internet use. I did not buy it to play games, and I dont use the touch screen. I highly recommend it for anyone just using a pc for general internet use. By the way, I love the backlit keyboard.

> 24 hourIve had it for about 2 months & it does the job as far as what a computer should do. The sound is very low, static filled & just overall sound bad. I havent had the camera freeze I was experiencing in the beginning as often but it still shouldnt happen. The speed & connectivity is good so far. I wouldve invested a little more into something that sounds much better but at the time I needed the comp I didnt have the extra $.

> 24 hourI bought this Acer to replace one I have had for over 2 years. This acer worked for 3 weeks. While doing a prompted update, my Acer got a blue screen. I cannot do a factory reset or anything else to correct the error. Good luck if you purchase this model.

> 24 hourOnly has one ram slot and a soldered on 4gb of ram so can upgrade enough and the hard drive can be added I like the ability to choose your own hard drive size to put in instead of being stuck with a low amount... Less ewaste. Also speaking of the hard drive I had read a review about the hard drive ribbon cable connector you cannot lift up you have to unscrew the Wi-Fi chip to be able to lift a little tab for the hard drive ribbon cable see picture

> 24 hourI hesitated buying an Acer computer because it doesn’t have the greatest reputation. But, despite my hesitation and because of the Prime Day deal, I bought one. HUGE MISTAKE! I bought this computer to do school work only. So the only sites I have visited are my school website and a few others. I know quite a bit about IT and cybersecurity, so I’m not a computer idiot that will click on any random link or website. Despite this computer being just over a month in my possession, I get to look forward to pop ups every time I turn it on that are clearly malicious. I ended up having to by a security, malware scanning/removing program because the pop ups were BEYOND obnoxious. I’ll literally get upwards of 25 pop ups as soon as I start up the computer that clearly shouldn’t be there. My scanning program can’t get them to disappear permanently, so I have to scan this computer EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN IT ON! I’m not joking when I say it’s like it was built into the computer - and supposedly this device was brand new. I’m questioning that now.

> 24 hourI love this laptop! It does what I need it to without adding upgrades (though I might do that so it runs more smoothly). Any Acer computer is amazing, I love this brand recommended to me by my brother whos bought from them for 10 years!
