The computer just kept shutting off randomly every time I gamed... Super unfortunate cause I really enjoyed the computer but ended up returning gonna try a different brand. :(

Great computer.. 16GB is more than enough to support anygame. There are a couple issues I am having with video playback. Im not sure if its the program I am using (steam) or what but when I try to enlarge a video the background display shows over the video.

I bought this to be a gaming laptop. I play games like Guildwars2 and Starwars online. Graphics are fantastic. I love the screen and there is very little loading time. It also loads new games great. My only issue was with the heat. The laptop overheats alot and that is with a fan hooked up underneath. I can play games for an hour then it overheats and crashed. I cant even touch the spot where it gets hot. Great computer just wish it didnt overheat so much

Makes a noise. Dont know what it is. Wish I had not paid for Microsoft so soon after buying this unit. Now I cant return the unit.

I’ve used this laptop for a while and it has worked great. Games run smooth, can run graphic heavy games, but it gets very hot. Because I’m concerned for my computer I run the fans at their max setting and put something under the computer for better air flow, when I play graphic intense games. Besides that it’s worked great. Battery life also isn’t too great but I use this computer plugged almost always.

I had just purchased this laptop. I was so excited to finally have a new one and to my surprise. Its already damaged. Dont know when this happened but Im really disappointed. Was really looking forward to getting to use it.

Got this laptop as my first real gaming laptop. It is extremely fast and can play almost any game above 60 fps. Only a few disappointments.

POS do not waste your time or money I am so unbelievably pissed right now garbage product. Currently contacting Amazon and Acer.
