This PC started out well enough, though from the beginning it ran pretty hot. The problems began about 6 months after purchase, when some games would crash the PC, resulting in blue screen of death. I found that if I turned down graphics settings and used a pad with a cooling fan under the PC, it helped. However, jump ahead 2 year later, and games are basically unplayable. Every game, no matter how graphically demanding (or not demanding) results in a crash within 1 minute of loading, even if just sitting in the menu.

Overall a good gaming laptop. I had to return it though because I just couldnt get over the backlight bleeding at the top of the screen. It was very noticeable to me especially with dark backgrounds.

Did not find one game I couldnt play with max graphs and 60 or above FPS. There is a lot of screen bleed, and it is quite noisy, when in Turbo Mode. The truck pad is a bit soft, and it annoys me. Its a heavy laptop, great for gaming and general use.

I ordered this laptop in nov2019, and is not even apr2020 and stop working.

Awesome laptop

Probably everyone knows that a laptop prepared for gaming have not to big batteries, but thats not a complain, the display and the performance is stunning. Im more than in love that a laptop can be so cheap and powerful this days. Of course I cant give a 5 stars to the battery only because if I could play Doom for norte than 2 hours disconnected this laptop could breack sales records.

I purchased this laptop so I could start playing WOW again once classic drops. Ive really only used it for wow so far. Looks great and runs perfectly. Did get a little warm as expected so I put a cooling pad under it to help. Overall I love it. Everything I needed for a decent price.

All good and fine but I am disappointed with the white visible shades of light on a black image... Its clear the display could suffer improvements in matter of backlighting ... Too bad, I didnt have this issue on my last old laptop, but Ive seen this issue presented on some reviews on YouTube.. so Im pretty sure this is common.. what can I say, still a greate laptop for gaming at a good price...

Was looking at reviews for months waiting to find a gaming laptop I could use for video editing. After loads of researched really liked the previous model of this one, but read horrible reviews about heat issues and having to underclock it. Then this one came out and all the reviews said the issue was fixed. It is, mostly. It still gets very hot. But normal for a gaming laptop. And the software to underclock it is built in and dead simple to use. I also added an M2 drive, which I have never done, but was super simple via watching a youtube video.
