Good laptop, good performance, decent thermals. My one complaint would be that the keyboard sucks, its way too sensitive. If you just barely remove some pressure from a key it will stop registering that yhe key is being pressed meaning you have to stab your keys into uour keyboard in order to actually play games without your character stopping every couple seconds. Very annoying, considering sending back to see if this is a defect or just how all predator laptops are

Good gaming laptop.

The SSD capacity was almost all used after installing STEAM. Not enough capacity for gaming Had to buy another SSD drive to be reasonable.

This laptop is awesome. $1k for an i7 with enough ram.

Really a wonderfully fast gaming laptop untill it just shut off after about a month and wouldnt turn back on. I was browsing the internet and poof.. nothing. Predator specialized support was no help, their only suggestion was holding the power button down for varying amounts of time and then send it in for service. After googling the issue I realized I was far from alone in this issue. As it was still returnable to Amazon, I requested a return instead of a replacement as I prefer not to pay ~$1000 for an item I no longer believe is reliable past a few days of limited use.

Owned a few gaming laptops in the past from MSI and Razer, but this is by far my favorite so far while also being the cheapest.

Just a couple notes from using this for about a month:

It’s a good PC, has some great specs for gaming/visuals, however it comes with 8gb ram and 500gb of space which if you want to run higher level games and run Virtual Machines on it won’t be enough (performance wise) however its fine for the casual gaming and web use, though I feel for a laptop that is close to $1700, not having at least 16gb ram and 1tb of hard space can be a bit confusing.

Loving it so far. Have had it since August and its been 100% what I expected.
