En general muy buen productor, pero debo criticar que cuando me llego el paquete venia con una caja grande y dentro la caja de laptop pero no traia ningun tipo de amortiguador y es malo porque a pesar que la caja de la laptop viene protejida de igual forma puede recibir daño es mejor que no este bailando la caja de la laptop dentro de la caja, por todo lo demas la maquina tiene un excelente rendimiento.

Would not recommend. After a few months of less than intensive usage, it just wouldn’t turn on one day. Got it repaired within warranty, and less than a few days later, it’s dead again and will not turn on again and need to send it back. There are obviously problems with this model. Apparently I’m not the only person this has happened to. Stay away.

Muy buena inversión. Precio/calidad nada que envidiar a laptops gamers de mayor precio, en mi caso lo utilizo para programas de diseño y office, lo utilicé algunas veces con juegos de alta calidad y corre muy bien, la portátil es muy rápida a la hora de encender, carga rápido el sistema, algunos puntos en contra es la batería y el disco de almacenamiento, solo te viene con disco sólido, la batería dura aproximadamente 2 horas cargada, es muy poco. Por el resto 100% recomendado.

Amazing laptop, fans on turbo loud though but it a gaming laptop with alot of performance so its acceptable, only problem is the back light bleed which is the only disappointing part of this laptop, its only noticeable with a dark screen,storage small so bought a 500 gb m.2 upgrade very easy to do.

I recently got a job that requires me to travel a lot. My wife and I are avid gamers so I needed to find a good quality gaming laptop. I am extremely satisfied with this laptop so far. It has really great build quality. The graphics card (1660ti) is perfect for 1080p high FPS gaming. I get over 100FPS with ultra settings in almost every game I play (Apex Legends, Rocket League, PUBG, and CSGO). I dropped some setting in shooter games and easily get over 144FPS. You can not ask for much more out a gaming laptop, and all for $1200. This laptop is getting the same, if not better, frame rates than far more expensive and higher end laptops I looked into.

Had since February 25th and I’m still paying it off. Used stictly just for obs and today I tried to power it on and it just wouldn’t boot up. No lights, fans or screen would turn on. Called acer they said its faulty and I should return it. Amazon wont let me return it. Acer said they would fix it I just have to pay shipping. So 50$ more down the drain and I am shipping it to them today. Was fun while it lasted.

Good laptop, good performance, decent thermals. My one complaint would be that the keyboard sucks, its way too sensitive. If you just barely remove some pressure from a key it will stop registering that yhe key is being pressed meaning you have to stab your keys into uour keyboard in order to actually play games without your character stopping every couple seconds. Very annoying, considering sending back to see if this is a defect or just how all predator laptops are

Amazing gamers dream laptop. Runs a little on the hot side, can feel heat through the keys when pushing to peak performance.

i got this to replace my failing HP Pavilion power 15-cb045wm and i will have to say im really impressed with this laptop stays at a decent temperature, can overclock the gpu and i think the overall design is excellent having a spare m.2 slot and a option to add a 2.5in HDD or SSD was a excellent addition to the unit ive had it for a week so far and ive enjoyed this laptop so far if anyone is looking for a budget gaming laptop i would reccommend this even the packaging was fancy while the outer box doesnt really look fancy the inner one i was impressed with i considered it a fancy design this handles borderlands 3, overwatch no problem at all it doesnt struggle and it seems to have a excellent cooling design as well

This laptop overall is a steal for its price point. Does the job for modern games at 1080p. This is a gaming laptop so don’t expect amazing battery life or anything. Also, I really like the blue over the previous red in the Helios. This laptop is pretty cool both in looks and temperature. I think a big part due to acer undervolting out the box. Give it a try!
