Love this fan, works great in our bathroom...The only down fall is that I would like it to be faster

Im not big on writing reviews, but I thought this product could use one. Its a basic unit that only has a low and hi setting. However its a great quiet product!! I bought one for the upstairs to vent out that worked perfect for myself. Then bought a second the next day for the first floor! Ive been using them about a month (June to July 2021) so about longevity / durability I cant review that yet, but so far so good. Still it is well made and it moves out the hotter air when venting out; and brings in the cooler air on cool days when turned around. No major complains here so far. It Came on time and was well packaged. This is a great fan that I replaced a Comfort Zone window model with. Lightweight and quiet. ....... If there was one improvement.: I would make it so the fans casing was easier to open to get to the blades to keep them clean without using a special size / length phillips head screw driver.

I purchased this fan to place in our front window in our dining area. I needed something to help move air at night and before it gets too hot during the day. As far as looks go, the fan is fine. It looks okay and is easy to setup. It comes full assembled. There is no battery included for the remote, so make sure you have some AAA batteries available. The fan runs; however, Im not sure how much it actually works. On the highest setting, you have to be about 1ft from the fan to feel any air at all. I didnt expect it to be a big air moved; however, I expected it would at least do something. As far as the sound goes, its not super loud on the highest setting. Once you turn it down; however, it makes a very odd sound. Its kind of like a high pitched, metal on metal sound. It only gets louder when you go to the lowest setting. One other annoyance is that there is no memory on your settings. When you turn the fan on, it automatically goes to the vent setting. You have to cycle it to pull air in. At this point, I just look at it as a wasted purchase. I dont want to deal with returning it as most places are already out of stock on window fans. The search will just have to continue for me to find something better.

Quiet. Full width when extenders out is 34. So far been running for 48 hours straight with no issues.

Well... It pulls and blows air... But its high setting isnt all that powerful. On the plus side, its high setting is still whisper quiet... Partly why it isnt so powerful with the push/pull of air to begin with. Without manual on/off power switch or settings memory it cant be integrated into a smart home via smart plug. But the remote works nicely despite how antiquated the remote looks/feels. The IR functionality at least allows my smart home to utilize my IR blaster to on/off the unit, but due to cycle- modes functionality, it cant set the mode I want... (Suck cool night air into the room, since it defaults upon power to blow air out.) Overall not bad, but any mode under max setting creates a relatively loud motor hum that ironically makes the highest mode the quietest! *Shrug* probably better off with a big box stores special.

The digital thermostat is a joke. The other night inside was around 78 and outside near 60. I put the thermostat to 65 and went to bed. Hoping once the room temp. Reaches 65 the fan will turn off and room wont get too cold. To my surprise the fan stopped in less than a minute since it was pulling less than 65 ! One of the pull out adjusting shutters was stock out of the box. And the other one doesnt stay open and keeps pulling back in.

I am so upset. I thought this window fan would fit perfectly in a room window when you wanted to give the air conditioner a rest. The product arrived damaged and looked used.

Literally extracts smelly air from room! And definitely cools down the room when in fan mode!

Maybe a little pricey, but I bought 2 and have no regrets. They made my no AC apartment way more comfortable. My only complaint is that they are not as powerful as I anticipated.
