Tun it slightly down and it turns off.

Screens on the fan are poorly designed and do not expand that much. Will not be buying from this company again. Save your money or be prepared to make a half screen

This fan is very easy to use, relatively quiet, fit in my bedroom window perfectly, and comes with a remote. Even though this is Amazon Basics brand, I have a feeling it’s actually made by Black and Decker cause the remote controls my Black and Decker stand up fan too. It really does help cool my bedroom a good 4 to 5 degrees more than the rest of the house by pulling the cooler air inside from outside.

Little noisy when not being used in a window, but overall, what a fantastic deal for a great fan. Our house takes forever to cool down once the sun goes down. When using this fan we can drop the inside temps 10 degrees in an hour once the sun goes down. Sure it feels a tiny bit flimsy, but for the price, well worth it. Love the remote control feature, and the fact that you can reverse it. Well done Amazon.

Fan is a great fit in a window to remove air out, side slides made a exact fit. The thermostat shut of is exact to temperature so I dont need to keep a eye on fan. Remote makes it easy.

I like that you can reverse the direction and operate the fans separately. My only complaint is its not very powerful. High mode is a little weak IMO. Other than that its a good fan.

I have had a few window fans before. So when I got this one, I really didn’t expect much difference. But I was surprised at how quiet this one was. Moves the air great and easy to sleep in the same room with.

This fan was exactly what I wanted. Simple and all white. But one of the fans didn’t even work the moment it came out of the box. I have had a Holmes one for over 10 years and it still works, so I ended up get another and didn’t bother with a replacement for this. Would have given 4 stars due to longer blades (9”) than the Holmes one (8”).

I live on second floor, and the guy on the first floor likes to smoke weed every single night in his patio - which is straight below my rooms big window. So whenever he smokes I turn the exhaust on, and it hardly takes 30secs for the powerful fan to blow away the smell from my room. So happy! Just one thing to notice though - Its louder when its speed is low and medium. When on high its the smoothest and not noisy at all.

The high speed is pretty low compared to another brand I bought a year ago. I can’t remember the other brand was I got.
