Im hitting all my expected benchmarks! Keep in mind, youll want to pair this up with good cooling and fast RAM. The G.Skill Trident Neos are great for this, but you might not find the 3600 model on Amazon (I had to go to Newegg). Just make sure you pair it up with 3600+ memory and a fast SSD to feed it (Im using the Samsung 970 Plus).

Box was packaged well and the cpu worked great, comes with a paper clearly stating the 30 day return. Very happy with the product and company

Nothing against the cpu itself but BE CAREFUL ON WHAT CPU YOU GET I ordered a 3800x and it came in a box for the 3800x but the processor was a 1700x. I would try a different seller just in case since this one seems to have the tendency of bait n switching. Oh and I didnt get the codes for the free games either.

If you have done you research, you know that the AMD Ryzen series are well reviewed and have gotten a lot of feedback from various types of users. I purchased the Ryzen 7 3800X for use in a computer I build for graphic design and video creation that I will also game with. I use the Adobe Creative Cloud and it is a highly recommended CPU for what I was looking to do. The 8/16 core/thread count will easily handle video, animation, Photoshop and 3D CAD software I use. Less serious workflows could use the Ryzen 5 3600X , a great value for the price. If you are interested in my build, I listed it below. It was based on weeks of research and calls to friends who game and fellow designers.

I build computers as a hobby and have been building for over 15 years, and I have seen a lot of progress. It was time for me to upgrade and I was running a couple of Intel X99 systems at home, with 6 core CPUs. These were not the absolute top for Gaming, but with Overclocking, those systems still pack a lot of Horsepower.

I bought 3800x on black friday discount which cost me 330$. Guess what. I recived the 3700x. Although the differece in price is 60$, after some negotiation I got 40$ of refound ( they wanted to give me just 30$ back). Although that sucks, in the end I got a 3700x with a reasonable price.

Just a beast. Ramps to 4.35 but I turn that off in bios. Run it at 4.1 no sweat.
