It had some shipping problems but they helped me out and arrived when I needed it to, works perfectly fine 10/10 recommend

First time ive ever had any trouble with anything, product happened to be ok, but the packaging was a PAPER BAG, considering the nature of the product type, I expect it to be packaged in a box so it doesnt get beat up during shipping

So far so good it is working properly with my system and the rest of the components without any issues.

Fast delivery, however the seal of the product was open and the box that contained the cpu looks damaged. The cpu itself is dirty like its been used before. Disappointed :(

I have read reviews about this product and they are all over the place. Its not a manufacturers fault that the product is labeled incorrect, I ordered the 3800x on Black Friday and thats what I got. My goal is lite gaming and more video editing, my monitor is 60hz 4k so any extra fps are lost on me. No big deal.

I received a faulty CPU, but AMD Support was fantastic and sent a new one.
