> 3 dayMy 11 year old daughter loves this game and has played with it every day for the last month and doesn’t seem to be getting tired of it yet. She visits her friend’s island (with a Nintendo membership), and enjoys the ability to play with friends. A great game. The only downside is it is a game where multiple plays can play, but only on the one island and only in the same island scenario. Basically, it’s a single player game which is disappointing because my 7 year old would like to play but since it was my daughter’s birthday gift, she won’t let him because he’d have to play in her island world she created. Disappointing that I’d have to buy another game for him.

> 3 dayThis is a really fun game and my kids really love it. Both my younger and older kids can all enjoy this game. Its not to hard for the younger elementary age to use but still fun for tweens, teens and parents too!

> 3 daySince quarantine, this has become my life. I no longer exist, just villanger. My Islanders are my friends, my soil is my home. That being said, this game isnt for those who want a quick game. It is something you have to commit to, or there will be negative reprecussions. Also, it is lacking in curly hair options. So if those are things that concern you, probably dont buy animal crossing.

Greater than one weekGraphics are great and concept is the same but still as entertaining as it was from day 1. Its a game where you can play as long as several hours or can be as short as 15 minutes a day. They continuously come out with updates to keep the game interesting (as of Dec 2020) which is great! You can go visit other peoples islands and interact with others but you need to both have the Nintendo online subscription. Although it can be played solo, it is more enjoyable to play with a community of people.

> 3 dayGood game so far, one pretty major flaw though...if you have a regular switch and switch lite and switch pretty regularly (like me), you CAN’T TRANSFER your save data for this game. They are talking about patching it in down the road but no idea if or when that may happen. Other than that the game is like any other Animal Crossing game...super addicting and it makes you want to come back day after day. Loads of new features added with this installment.

> 3 dayVery tranquil. Playing this game is both fun and meditative. Within that fun tranquility youll be met with interesting surprises, be it the enduring writing of a villager or encountering a tarantula, the game always finds a way to keep things fresh. The graphics are beautiful and full of detail. More than that, this iteration of animal crossing perfect its art style and it truly shines. Sounds are relaxing and detailed, including the crashing waves, winds at night, crackling camp fires, and footsteps that adjust to terrain types. Love it! Highly recommended.
