It works great.

Hooked up to WiFi but only 2.4. There is an app you have to install to use the plug. Voice control...why bother? The app works as it should and the programs Ive input execute on time. I can switch it from the app if wanted. Very simple.

Good app. Easy to connect to Google Home. And plug works but short lifespan - shorts easily or something. Now just constantly clicks on and off. I have bought 6 in the last year. Two of them broke like this. Might drop the review another star if another breaks.

It always takes a minute (or 10) to fully connect but once it does, no issues. I wish this exact brand came with more outlets but for the price, I really cant complain.

These are PERFECT for our Christmas tree lights. The cords are plugged in behind the couch and moving the couch every time is a pain in the butt! and Rather than having to remember to shut them off or turn them on, or leaving them on all the time, I set the timer and BOOM! I have one on each of my christmas trees and I have them programed separate. Easy set up! Why didnt I do this sooner!?!?

These plugs are great, I used them with all my Christmas things including my tree, I set everything on the timer to turn on and off every day, normally I had to go to each thing to turn on and off, been using past two years, I use them for anything that I have even after Christmas

I had originally bought one plug and liked it so much I bought 12 more. Two months in 3 stopped working so the company replaced them no problem. Now I have one not working at all and haven’t heard back from customer support. Another keeps having a weak Wi-Fi signal. So when they work , they work great, but it seems like not for long.

If you look closely, you can see the plug starting to melt! I kept smelling something and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I had my electric fireplace plugged into a power strip. The fireplace finally just turn off. I found out where the smell was coming from. The app told me I was offline. Be careful not to use a power strip or smart plug to run your fireplace.
